Patrick Douglas "Junior" Stowe

Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for SSG Patrick Douglas “Junior” Stowe, USA, Retired, age 55, who passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stowe was native of Atascadero, California living the past twenty-eight years in Jesup. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving twenty-four years, during his time in the U.S. Army he served in Germany, Korea, Desert Storm, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. He was the former manager of Tractor Supply in Baxley and a former employee for Miles Berry Farms.

SSG Stowe is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Douglas and Judy Ann Childs Stowe, a mother-in-law, Lois Nail; and a brother-in-law, Jimmy Dale Turner.

Surviving is his wife, Debra Powell Stowe; and three siblings, Jim Stowe (Annette), Bob Stowe, and Michael Stowe also survive.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at the Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with military honors and Reverend Darrell Weaver officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Nobles Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Georgia Veterans Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers are Lee Simmons, Marc Simmons, Scotty Simmons, Michael Nail, Jamin Miles, and Nick Carter.

Honorary Pallbearers are Miles Berry Farm employees, Jimmy and Connie Miles, Allen and Dorothy Miles, Charles Simmons, Lester Simmons, David and Mary Hutchnson, and Hank Sutton.
